Widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading corporate golf venues, The Grove, home of the 2016 British Masters and the only venue in the UK to have hosted a World Golf Championship event, won by Tiger Woods in 2006, delivers a tournament-quality experience from the moment guests arrive at the 300-acre estate, situated 18 miles from central London.
To ensure your corporate golf day or golf society has a fitting focal point, The Grove opened its new purpose-built dining and event facility, the Players Lounge, in April 2017, which sits at the heart of The Stables complex and ensures the positive guest experience is further enhanced.
With capacity to welcome up to 120 golfers before and after golf, the Players Lounge, which includes full access to The Stables courtyard, can be hired exclusively for your golf day and is the ideal space to celebrate the day.
For larger corporate events The Grove offers a selection of luxurious private rooms, including The Cedar Suite or The Amber.
To give your group golf day that true tournament feel, The Grove Golf Experience Package offers customised GPS fitted golf buggies, on-course branding opportunities, personalised lockers, 1st tee announcements, electronic live leaderboard and scoring summary, as well as a full-length grass driving range complete with individual pyramids of golf balls for each guest.
Every golf day at The Grove is managed by a dedicated Tournament Coordinator who will host registration, supervise the scoring and present prizes, if required.
There is also the opportunity to visit the new Tour Truck Experience, available for small group bookings in advance and subject to availability*, to make your day extra special.
Away from the golf course, The Grove, one of the Leading Hotels of the World, offers luxury accommodation within its 26 historic Mansion House suites and 189 rooms within the contemporary West Wing, as well as its award-winning Sequoia Spa.

A dedicated private area to entertain guests and clients
This purpose-built extension sits at the heart of The Stables complex and is a focal point for the many golf functions, golf society bookings and corporate golf days that take place at The Grove each year.
Designed to bring 'the outside in', the walls of the Players Lounge are floor-to-ceiling glass panels, the centre panels on each side sliding back during the warmer summer months to allow guests full access to The Stables’ courtyard area.

Group Golf Instruction:
Make your special day one to remember
Our group golf instruction packages are designed to get everyone involved. With over 10 golf instructors we are able to deliver a variety of services to suit each individual corporate groups needs. From golf instruction on our driving range and short game areas to bespoke activities such as Beat the Pro or Trackman Event.
Typical instruction format
A regular clinic format would be based around a 2 hour session where all the guests would get to experience both some short game skills practice as well as some long game challenges.

Our bespoke golf clinics give your guests the chance to take instruction in all aspects of the game, making use of our driving range, short game area and putting green.
PRE-ROUND SWING CHECKS From £175 • 1 hour
The swing check sees one of our instructors based on the driving range who will spend a few minutes with each of your guests giving them a few quick tips and some advice about the golf course prior to play.
TRACKMAN EVENT From £30 per person
Operated by one of our PGA professionals, our Trackman Event system is an on-course service that captures great tournament moments. Every participant receives an online report containing video and personal data recordings.
BEAT THE PRO From £175 per hour on a Par 3 hole
A popular option! Your guests get to take on one of our professionals in a nearest the pin competition. We will also provide overall prize for the winner on the day. Costs are subject to group size.

Our exclusive Tour Truck Experience is an open-to-all custom-fitting solution that introduces everyday golfers to tour-inspired game analysis and equipment recommendations.
Permanently on site as part of The Grove’s extensive practice facilities, the pre-bookable Tour Truck Experience offers amateur golfers the opportunity to feel like a professional for the day, as they enjoy a one-to-one custom fit from a PGA-qualified technician.
The 11-metre long Tour Truck, which has a side-wall that opens out and provides a hitting platform onto The Grove’s full-length driving range, features cutting-edge technologies such as TrackMan, as well as hardware support from leading brands including TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist and Mizuno.
